What would you do if you woke up one day to realize your entire life had been one big, sleepy, dreamy haze? For Sunniva, it's an absolute nightmare. It's time for the fable prince to get his head out of the clouds, follow the clues, and find a way to save his kingdom from the attention-hungry god looming over them.

But it isn't just his kingdom that needs his help. It's the entire world.
Meet the Characters
Sunniva
Sunny is what's known as a Fable, or Gartha's version of a fairy, and is the prince of Lusterwick. The 22-year-old royal loves sword fighting, honey, and sweets. His life was a breeze until the day he suddenly... woke up.
Why is the kingdom like this? Is he even the true ruler? Where are the rest of the fables? Too many questions, too little time.
Charade
Book-loving, quiet, and studious: these are the best ways to describe Charade. While he and Nimble are twins, the jester is 90% sure his brother is somehow 15 instead of 24. The more mature sibling prefers to spend his time reading his books in the solitude of his room, or his mother's library. Now, adventure has come calling, and there's nothing he can do about it.
Nimble
Parties, drinking, and copious amounts of sex are Nimble's favorite pastimes. He and his brother couldn't be more different from each other. Thankfully, he has the good folks of Gillythorpe to hang around with. Nimble loves their little ruffian town, and you can always find him around the bar fights cheering on his friends. The rougher, the better.
Drake
Being the heir to the dragon kingdom is far more intimidating than Drake lets on. The clock is ticking, and the stress is piling on for the 23-year-old prince. The endless night looms over him and something else hides in its darkness. The overwhelming emotions never seem to subside. Perhaps all he needs is an anchor. But what, or rather, who?
Ery
For the record keeper, life feels endless. Perhaps that's because, for her, it is. The immortal librarian was made by the god of time, made from ink and shadow. While she used to have a grand library and a power that allowed her to slip through the shadows, both of those things are gone now. She is, however, a mother to two children she never expected fall into her lap.
Slink
No one knows where the mechanical cat came from. In fact, most beings who have ever met him consider him an abomination. This suits him just fine. He is the terror in the night, the unending mystery, and apparently a co-parent despite being a cat. Slink loves Ery deeply. She is his, and therefore, so are her children. Who else could keep up with Nimble?
